[Bug]: Lightning dragon not willing to hatch because of Weather, Storms & Tornadoes mod

What happened?
Trying to hatch the end and just doesnt wanna get struck by lightning even after making the rainy weather with Weather, Storms & Tornadoes mod for straight 15min and i know it is a mod incompability but could you guys maybe make it work together?

its on the server so kinda cant but is easly replicable (I hope)Other Information
- I am using other mods besides Ice and Fire
- I have attached a log file from the session that I have experienced this issue
