[Bug]: Items placed on podium only face one direction. Add directional facing block properties to podium?

What happened?
The podiums only render one direction so the items can only face North-South.

Ice and Fire version
2.1.13
Citadel version
2.5.4
Relevant log output

Other Information
- I am using other mods besides Ice and Fire
- I have attached a log file from the session that I have experienced this issue
