[Bug] Hippocampus is not spawning baby

What happened?
I bred two hippocampi using prismarine crystals. Both had the "heart" particles and tried to reach each other, but nothing happens.

- I am using other mods besides Ice and Fire
- I have attached a log file from the session that I have experienced this issue
