Potential issue with HexWarrior Circlet?

This one might be a bit hard to pin down, but ever since I built my HexWarrior Circlet (and upgraded it with the Eidolon focus), the game seems to just randomly close while it's in my inventory. No crash log or anything, it just closes as if i'd manually closed the game myself. I haven't been able to replicate the issue in singleplayer yet (playing on a server), but for now I've put the circlet away in a chest and the problem seems to have stopped. I don't know if the other armor pieces have the same issue.
