Message on New PR [ Bot ]
This Bot will Give a Message for all created PR where Contributors will be shown the mistakes which are on a higher frequency.
As a result, Project will get quality of PR and Hence will improve everyone's Productivity (for Mentors/ Reviewers and Participants as well)

I am taking little more time for its pr because I have to check them manually one by one after every changes and its taking time,
