Play in mode pic to pic don't play to other people

When using pic to pic extension and press play, the video starts but just for me, for other people in room the video stays paused.
Additionally, pausing in pic to pic and backing to normal page makes the video starts from where it was in pic window, that make sense to me but caused confusion for other people in room (because it was paused for them).
