Do API Key and Auth Token need double quotes in config file?

What is the correct syntax in the config file? This is what I have based on the readme:
resyKeys.api-key="***********"
I have double quotes around api key
resyKeys.auth-token=*************************
I DO NOT have double quotes around auth token
