[FULL][0.4.34] Random Resets every Sunday

So, Every Sunday after the Server Restart (which takes 1-2 hours longer then it should) Nearly Everything besides Playerdata itself journeymap Overworld and a few other little things is reseted, means every other world, the teams, the questbook and so on. Zaphosting didn't find any problems on their side and are saying its probably a modpack Problem. unfortunately i dont have any crash reports, since the Server ''just'' takes longer to restart.
