[Bug]: Constant lag spikes all of a sudden

What happened?
I got on to start playing today and no matter what i do, my game lag spikes every few seconds.
I have tried restarting, upping my ram, adding in jvm arguments, lowering my settings. Nothing is working

I ended up fixing this by just reinstalling atm 9
