[Bug]: Pipez stop working with Mekanism Input fission port

What happened?

Each time you open the world the pipez connected to the Mekanism input fission ports don't work and you have to break and replace them each time you load the world. I'm using the fluid and gas Pipez to put fission fuel and water into the reactor. Also due to the reactor blowing up multiple times I built the Mekanism fission reactor in The End.

Was going to open up a ticket on this and saw that something related was already here. The problem happens with ANY Mekanism multiblock structure and the specific issue is that the pipes which are set to extract lose their 'extract' status when the world loads. I can verify this with the SPS, Fission and Fusion Reactors, Evap Towers and Turbine (yes, LOTS of headaches before I figured out what was going on).

My guess is that it has something to do with the pipez loading in before the multiblock is formed (so, it has nothing to attach to, then the multiblock forms and the pipez attach with the default 'insert' status.

I have this issue as well with the dynamic tank and fluid pipez, they have to be disconnected and reconnected everytime i load the game again
