Describe the bug
After loading a new image the options panel does not reset to defaults.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load an image.
  2. Change one of the settings on the options panel that has a default setting.
  3. Load a new image.

Expected behavior
The settings on the options panel should reset to the defaults.
