how to parse coordinates_in_vitro.txt?

Hi,

Thanks for sharing this data! In my download of coordinates_in_vitro.txt there is only one column with length 261774, i.e. twice the number of cells, instead of two columns as described in the README. I wanted to check the correct way to parse the x and y coordinates of each cell from this column.

Oops, sorry to have bothered you- resolved. Plotting them and checking against figures in your paper it became clear that the first 130887 rows are x values, and the next 130887 rows are y values.
