When locking screen while the keypad is active, the lock screen is shifted

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to any app and click on any text box
- Once keypad is up, lock screen
- Notice how the lock screen is shifted up
- Notice how pattern unlock is still fine

This may be a problem for older versions of Android.
Not experiencing this anymore, so I'm bumping the priority down

Cant replicate this on Nexus 5 Genymotion

Workaround - dismiss keyboard everytime the phone is locked
