UI Bug when dismissing a Notification

It looks like what happens is when the Notification initially gets removed from the UI, the next notification now takes over the dismissed's convertView, and for some reason, isn't resizing properly.
However, when the lock screen is redrawn from receiving updated notfications, everything is at the proper height.
This results in a UI glitch when removing a notification
