Put "Add Job" and "Add Company" into autocomplete option instead of button

In the New Review page, if the user wanted to add a company, they'd type out the name, and select "Add Company", which will open a dialog. Right now it's just a button

Too complicated to implement to be worth it. Also would be more complicated to understand how to add a company and may hurt UX more than the gain for it
