Configurable option to disable the handling of SIP INFO requests of DTMF type

Disable the forwarding of DTMF frames arriving via SIP INFO (i.e. Content-Type application/dtmf-relay or application/dtmf). Allow the handling of INFO requests from other Content-Type.
This option should be compatible with the dtmfmode configuration parameter (sip.conf).
