Description
Add support for using Maskinporten based delegation. See also Altinn/app-lib-dotnet#107
Additional Information
- Add "ConsumerOrg" to MaskinportenSettings
- Add as parameter to GetJwtAssertion, adding consumer_org as a claim if not null
- Add parameters to overloads not using IClientDefinition (for non-httpclienthandler use)
- Add to cache key
