I am attempting to learn how to work with C++ and Visual Studio so that I can merge the following libraries into WinFile, in order of highest to lowest priority:

  1. https://github.com/thpatch/win32_utf8

Unfortunately, I'm having difficulty figuring out how to actually work with it all. Any help at all would be appreciated; please log your steps in detail so that I may better learn from them.
