Fix Circle CI docs publishing

I've removed the docs task from CI for now, because it was failing on a git workflow point. Only in automation, manually the docs:publish script still does the job.

Error related to Updates were rejected because the remote contains work that you do not have locally. See https://circleci.com/gh/Amazebot/bbot/115 for failed build pipeline.
