Parent/Guardian Home Language Error when submitting a new student registration

Registration form allows user to submit null causing system to reject

Result: (Oops! Something went wrong! [1] Error: Request failed with status code 500)

Expectation: If the user selected other for Parent/Guardian Home Language and entered a null value and submit form, the system should instruct the user to go back to the form and write a value such as "Required Fields Missing : Parent/Guardian Home Language".

Note: Once you select other for "Parent/Guardian Home Language" there is another "Parent/Guardian Home Language" that appear.

Using Workbench to create a new single record, If I write other for the Parent/Guardian Home Language and do not specify this is the result I get (see attached file)
