Somewhere between Docker Desktop for Windows 4.6.1 (76265) and 4.9.1 (81317), they removed the vpnkit-tap-vsockd executable from the iso image. I can't find where it's been moved too at first glance.

I will need to do some investigation onto this. Unfortunately, I'm currently working a bit blind since we have resolved the connectivity issue within our organisation.
