Fixing headers in README.md file

There should be spaces between the hashes and titles in headers to give them the target effect of h1 -> h6

so instead of #fooling-around it should be => # fooling-around and like that for other sub headers

Also there should be an empty line between the header and the description

I recommend using a markdown viewer like in Atom or VSCode, to view the result of the markdown
