Comma Issue

Sometimes this will output something like:

LINE NAME="M1L44", MODE=1, FARESYSTEM=6, VEHICLETYPE=1, LONGNAME="23"
, HEADWAY[1]=60, HEADWAY[2]=0, HEADWAY[3]=0, ONEWAY=T, OPERATOR=5,

Note the comma at the beginning of the second line and not at the end of the first. This cannot happen, it crashes Cube.
