Starter files contain a "__MACOSX" directory

I presume this is a mistake, and it should be deleted from the zip file.

I've since realised this tutorial isn't actively maintained, especially the zip files, so I'll just close this. But for anyone else confused, __MACOSX and various .DS_Store files aren't part of the project, they're in there by accident.
