Perla crashes if a mounted directory does not exist

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Add a mounted directory in the configuration that doesn't exist physically in disk
- Start perla in serve mode
- Perla may or may not crash depending on how fast the fable compilation executes
Expected behavior
Don't crash if the output directory is not yet started
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: any
- Version: v0.24.1
