Note: WIP. Discussion is encouraged. This does not target our wiki deployment and will instead be its own project.
Goals
Support library and playlist modes for the wiki client to achieve themes.moe feature parity.
User Stories
A user shall be able to link an account from a tracker like MyAnimeList.
A user shall be able to browse and create playlists from their library (Most if not aspects of this shall pertain to the wiki client but I will list it here just in case).
Functional Requirements
