Potentially out of date STL or incorrect readme for 2.4 reinforced gantry

The readme for v3 of the reinforced gantry shows a heat set insert in the z tensioner (to remove the spacer when stuck), the space for this insert seems to be missing from the STL (below). Not sure if this is a mistake in documentation and the design changed, or perhaps a STL was not updated with the readme.
