Since it's Markdown, consider using llms.md, instead. This will hint to viewers to syntax highlight, allow rendered previews, etc.

But still /.well-known/llms.md. As an adminsitrator of some servers it is much easier to add new items to existing configuration instead of reconfigure web server, i.e. nginx
