Problem generation logs are not printed in `ProblemGenerationLog.txt`

Some logs of the problem generation step are printed in the standard output only and another part is printed in ProblemGenerationLog.txt only.

  1. All logs should be printed in ProblemGenerationLog.txt
  2. In my opinion, problem generation logs should not be printed in the standard output (except maybe error logs) as they are long and confusing for the user, that is mainly interested in the Benders iterations logs
