Crash in Antares with stochastic TS stored in input

Suppose we launch a version of Xpansion which includes a given version x of Antares and that the user study in version y < x of Antares with stochastic TS stored in input. Then Xpansion crashes during the Antares step because of the stored stochastic TS.

As we do not need to store these TS, we should set this parameter to false in order to avoid the crash. This amounts to remove the values in the import field of the generaldata.ini
