Update doc for using XPRESS

Update the build & run guides to better explain how XPRESS support can be activated.
For instance, XPRESS_ROOT variable is not needed during build, like stated here : https://antares-xpansion.readthedocs.io/en/latest/developer-guide/install_from_sources/3-Build/
