.exe not working

Hi, im from that YouTube comment where the v1.1.5 .exe is not opening up any window.
This is the folder im using, i double clicked, run as administrator, on the .exe and nothing happened so i decided to try the drag onto it method, still nothing.

Then I tried extracting the resources zip, moved the .exe into the zip folder, along with the patch. I also tried opening .exe there, no luck.

Could you try runnign the exe in CLI?
You can either open a CMD window and navigate to the exe from there and start it. Or right-click on an empty space next to the exe and selecting "Open PowerShell window here", and start the exe with .\KHPCPatchManager

Take a screenshot of the command line errors/messages and show me.

omg dude, the .exe opened. This is how I did it, i opened cmd window, dragged the .exe into the cmd window and pressed Enter. Its patching right now.
