Custom persistent screen and hide persistent screen

Were trying to simplify the way we run our hybrid meeting.
Would it be possible to add a feature, that allows one to use a custom image of the year text as the persistent image?
In addition when persistent image is on, could there be a hide persistent image button that floats/remains visible (doesnt scroll away) so that you could reveal a zoom window behind it when needed?
This would be incredibly helpful particularly for the midweek meetings.
I was thinking of something similar to this but being able to capture a custom region similar to greenshot. Capture a local region on the desktop and share it to the external TV's similar to what you would do to stored media.
Hi @Toppa247 have you considered meeting-media-manager? It has both a custom background and toggle media window visibility feature along with a lot of other nice features.
