Don't use /opt

Creating a /opt directory and placing pipes-and-rust in it means that it will be lost on upgrade, unless you have toltec installed, at which point it will come back after a toltec reenable. I highly recommend using /home/root/.local/bin for your manual install steps instead of /opt so that it plays nicer with the rest of the reMarkable ecosystem.
