Add checkbox in the preference that allows to enable/disable coa_tools updater

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The coa_tools updater automatically updates by referencing the releases on GitHub repo. While most updates usually bring better features or fix bugs, there are times when an error may occur, necessitating a rollback to a previous version, or users may not appreciate unintended automatic updates.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be good to add a checkbox in the preferences to enable or disable the coa_tools updater.

Additional context
It seems that it can be implemented relatively easily (only editing the init.py).
