AttributeError 'tobytes'

Hey,
i've a problem.
when i try to power off my tv i became an error (pic1)

i've also tried to use the websocket method. Dont work for me (pic2)

my tv is UE40MU6179
So any solutions?

ok websocket works now, but i get an other error

Please try with Python 3.6.
