UI not accessible on `localhost` when running in podman

Steps to Reproduce

Followed instructions at https://www.apicur.io/registry/getting-started/

Expected vs Actual Behaviour

I expected the UI to be available from localhost, however it was only available if I hit 127.0.0.1.
Might be similar to containers/podman#22653
