Bot pings a random someone but does not include original message

Does not include original message in the random ping (this may also include other pings)
Multiple someone pings will also not be recognized

now works with single ping but bot does not perform global replacement for the random pings (when the bot is pinged multiple times in the message)

ig global replacement isnt needed so closed for now
