Provide donations for website

I'm not a big expert in open source project management, but it seems to me that donations don't hurt anyone. There are already ready-made solutions like opencollective, or you can just specify ko-fi and paypal

Thanks for asking. We are not soliticing donations, but since people are asking occasionally, there is a PayPal badge in the README (on the start page of the repo).
