Rewarded and Interstitial ads have very bad UX

Users are complaining that video ads are impossible to close, I was using admob library and it didn't have this problem, after moving to applovin, they always say that they can't close ad without going to app store. This is shame and very bad UX. Can you fix it? Make close button much bigger or clickable :) Also ads have two stage, when you click skip to first video, another one starts. Can I control this? Also, can I control Interstitial duration till close button appears? Interstitials are very long here like rewarded and this kills users trust.
