Video extension PIR sensing for 2 sec with a maximum of 3 extensions

Change from the current implementation for the PIR mode.

During video mode triggered by PIR, PIR will be on during last 2 sec of video to add an extension on movement detection.
Number of possible extensions is 3.
But now minimum duration of video is 2 sec.
