Describe the bug
One item still remains in the top inventory bar. Doesnt seem like the player actually has this item, its just there in the UI. Is removed after another roll item (and so possibly after item pickup as well).

turning on and off Infinite Equipment removes item from the top bar as well

Fixed in Update v1.2.4
