/f kick

Environment

the /f kick command do this error :
You can't kick this player

Write here what or how should it work.

If you want to inform something more then write it here.

And, when we add or remove officer, it say "players" instead of the name of the player

And the better it's to add command "/f promote" for promote players to rank up
and "/f demote" to demote in rank down

Okey, I will check this... I think I already fixed the problem with kicking.
I might upload an fix today.
