Grimoramod Terrain Rules Changes affect other acts

In Grimoramod, Terrain cards have been altered to no longer give bones. However, in other acts I've also found terrains no longer give bones while grimora mod is installed. I suspect whatever patch is being used to prevent terrains giving bones in grimoramod is indiscriminately affecting every act.
