[IDEA] Consolidate import packages into one

Challenge / Pain Point

It takes a long time to import all of the required packages for this project. If we can consolidate it into a single manifest file, it would save a lot of time for deployment.

Proposed Solution

Keep all of the packages as-is, but use a single manifest file with dependencies.
