Error installing

This is due to gcc compiler, update if not then install. sudo apt install gcc-6 then try installing these bro, apt-get install python3.7-dev apt-get install build-essential python-dev sudo apt-get install gcc sudo apt-get install libxml2-dev libxslt1-dev If You can Issus again then let us know.

Can you try this
sudo apt-get install libmysqlclient-dev

sudo apt-get install python3 python-dev python3-dev build-essential libssl-dev libffi-dev libxml2-dev libxslt1-dev zlib1g-dev python-pip
