Feature description

Energy feels a bit useless atm, apart from when spamming magic items.

Items of higher tiers (noctis, oak, super staffs, etc.) should be given a higher energy cost to use than lower ones, to the point where spamming those items would cause you to run out of energy.

This higher cost for higher tier items can be offset by the level of the stats associated with each item, with each level reducing the energy cost.
For example with a higher melee level, the energy cost of using melee weapons would be reduced, making them easier to spam.

This would also make energy potions useful.

Closing as not relevant for Rogueworld.
