Chat box not scrolling to new messages

Describe the bug

The chat box doesn't automatically scroll down to the latest message when a message is received, making it pretty annoying to have to manually scroll down to see new messages every time.

To reproduce

• Open the chat box
• Wait for enough messages to be received that the chat box content starts to overflow (scroll bar appears)
• When another message is received, the chat box content stays where it is instead of moving down to show the new message.

Expected behaviour

While scrolled to the bottom, the content element should jump to the new message.
