window layout hotkeys

• Could have different workspaces managed like the project list vscode extension via a ui + list.
  • allow user to save or configure their own preferences.
  • across multiple windows desktops?
• Could have hotkeys to jump to different combinations i.e. vscode + google, zoom/teams + onenote etc.
• Could work based on the focused window and previously focused window.
