Need to upgrade rasa version 2.0

I have upgraded and the bot is running, although there are some unexpected behaviours/errors.
I am in the process of fixing these and also cleaning up and adding more training data as well as better capabilities for chit chat.
Its 8pm here, I'll get back on this tomorrow, when its all done ill make a pull request
